Tickets & Refunds
Ticket purchases are handled by Megatix (or partner). Refund policies are set per event. Generally, refunds available up to 14 days prior; no refunds within 7 days unless otherwise stated.
User Content
By submitting testimonials, photos, or articles, you grant Supermoon a non-exclusive license to display and share content for promotional and archival purposes. Credit will be given when available.
Community Standards
We maintain a consent-first policy. Harassment, predatory behavior, or any action that threatens the safety of others will result in removal and possible banning from future events.
